Customers will access a team of engineering and production personnel with proven electronics manufacturing experience resulting in high manufacturability and testability of their products. Our assembly personnel has on average more than 10 years of experience and is supported with in-process test equipment, material handling systems, quality systems and computerized documentation.
Both high and low volume production lines are available with surface mount technology and pin-through-hole production advancements. We are working according to the requirements of ISO 9001, IPC 610 D, ANSI/J-STD-001 and ESD.
ATM Electronics is manufacturing products in accordance with the requirements of the following standards: ATEX; UL-subscriber-120101001; CSA factory ID 4707518; FM-Approvals etc.
Surface Mount Assembly
Through the use of modern, well-maintained surface mount (SMT) assembly equipment lines we consistently achieve high yields of quality final assembly SMT products.
We are experienced in the application of SMT processes with
- Single-sided component populated boards;
- Double-sided component populated boards;
- Single layer rugged/heavy construction;
- Multi-Layer complex and handling sensitive boards;
- Low Volume to high volume through-put;
- SMT and through-hole assembly mixed components assemblies.
Test Equipment Design
Due to our 10 years of requirements for production testing we have developed a very experienced Test Engineering group of engineers and technicians. This vast experience is applied to customer provided test specifications and design of unique or intensive testing requirements.
Our test engineers frequently support the following test requirements:
- Test Station design for the purpose of supporting manufacturing processes with In-Circuit-Test (ICT) and functional testing Test levels that are supported cover full system functional to piece part fault isolation;
- Test Head Adapters and Fixtures with supporting test programming code designed to be used on Digital Test® commercial test stations. Support for "bed-of-nails" or card edge style of tests Unique test stations/fixtures for unique testing requirements.
